Determining the Source of Information

Jim came into my store last week. He is an older man, portly, with a white beard. He first got my attention by haranguing another customer. "Don't bother me with your mask nonsense!" he said in a loud voice. "I'll keep my distance, and if that's not good enough for you, then go somewhere else!"
Jim went to the flower counter in the back corner of the store, and began having a conversation with our flower lady. I decided to intervene.
As soon as I got there, Jim grinned at me, his mask hanging off one ear.
"Oho!" he said in a loud voice, " It's Mr. Baltimore! How are you and your wife doing, now that you have moved out here to the West?"
"Fine, thanks." I said.
"I see you are interested in other Eastern Cities," he continued. "What are your thoughts on Providence, Rhode Island? Washington DC, Annapolis, New Jersey, and Philadelphia?"
This was a bit alarming, since I read JMG's blogs and think about Providence RI for that reason. The other locations are also important to
me for various reasons. I do not think it is widely known here in BC that I used to work in Baltimore. Jim seemed to have a surprising amount of personal information about me.

"What about New Jersey?" Jim continued. "Isn't the river Trent in New Jersey someplace?"

"I believe that is a river in Scotland," I said.

"Oh, a Scotsman are you?" said Jim.

"There are some Scottish people on my Mother's side," I lied.

Jim nodded as if I had said something profound, then said, "Well I won't keep you-- Must go on to the next." With that, he meandered out the front door of the store.

So the question:
2 May 2021 - "What is the source of Jim's knowledge of my wife and me?"
I was curious to know if his knowledge had spiritual/occult roots, or some other basis--

The Shield Chart, while not selected, has interesting symmetry-- The daughters have upside-down mirror symmetry with the Mothers:

Symmetries seem to indicate something of importance, generally.

Here's the House Chart:

Caput Draconis in House I shows up again in House III, so it looks like Jim has been gathering gossip and news about me from the local residents. There are no other occurrences of Caput Draconis, so "gossip/rumours" seems to be the primary source of his information.

The symmetries seem to say that there is significance to his activities or his person. Why is Jim gathering information about me? Does he just gather information about everyone, or is there some purpose to it?

Jim is not the only one who can consult LGN (The Local Gossip Network)-- From LGN I find out that Jim is homeless and lives in a white car that is missing its rear bumper. Indeed, I have seen this car a few times over the last 6 months or so. The back seat and passenger seat are full of personal belongings. and sometimes I have seen Jim inside it with a coffee and a newspaper. Until last week, I had never spoken to him. No one in the LGN seems to know him very well or to know his last name, so it is surprising and a bit alarming that Jim has accumulated personal information about me.

2 May 2021 Question 2: Why is Jim gathering information about me?

Cauda Drac may mean I had already made up my mind about him-- But I don't think I did... Ahh well.

In any case, there are no matches with House 1 Cauda Drac, so it looks like Jim does not have any particular direction with his information gathering. It is also possible to look at the chart as a reading about Jim in general--
Assuming this is possible, Jim is likely to have his house I rotated to III, seeing him as my neighbor. Puella indicates he is not a bad person, and taking the new I II and III (old III IV V) as all Puella, he would like to be loved and accepted locally.
IV Fortuna Minor His history - a chance occurrence has left him in his current condition (homeless).
V: Via -- Changes in plans/ message is change?
VI. Caput Drac - Beginning of illness, beginning to seek help from Health professionals-- Like me?
VII - Carcer - delay of conflict, delay of contract? Also Witness I. Currently, Jim is stuck in his situation.
VIII - Populus - Passive to magic, spiritual influences, death. Jim is going with the flow.
IX - Caput Drac - A new and long journey. Also VI and XII so he may get treatment with involvement of authorities and restrictions.
X - Laetitia - upward movement in his community status
XI - Cauda Drac - Jim has experienced an end to hopes and dreams.
XII - Caput Drac - The beginning of limitations and restrictions.

Over-all take home: Jim is no threat to me or my family. He has serious troubles that are beginning to make trouble for him, but he is primarily looking for friends and a place in the community. Perhaps I can help him with that....
