I    Nation/People  and II Economy; Caput Draconis.  A new beginning of some sort.  Linked to House II Economy, so possibly new and improved economic conditions.

III  Region/Neighbors:  Cauda Draconis.  An Ending.  Linkage with VI workers/professionals/medicine may mean a split with the USA and/or Mexico on some aspect of medical or professional policy.  

IV The Land  V Crops/Weather  Both Albus:  New understandings of the linkages between the land and weather.

VI Workers/Professionals.  Cauda Draconis.   An ending that involves workers from neighboring nations.  Maybe suspension of guest workers.  See comment on III.

VII Allies/Partners:  Via -- Transformation.  Changes to agreements or treaties with USA, Mexico.  See comments to III and VI.

VIII  Spiritual/Gods  Fortuna Minor.  Unearned good fortune coming Canada's way.  Linked to house XI, hopes/dreams/annual crops, so could mean an unusually good growing season this year.  Linked to X Power/politics, so political support may help this in some way.

IX;  Long term outlook:  Populus - passivity/many.  Maybe no long-term changes to Canada this year.  No links to other houses, but Populus is beseiged by Fortuna Minor and may be magnifying Fortuna Minor effects.  See Comment in X.

X    Power/Politics:  Surprise unearned benefit.  
      OTOH, note the presence of Via in VII, and Fortuna Minor in X and XI are associated with Black Swan Events.  Taken together, we may see a Black Swan Event of long duration this year.

Review of Mundane Reading-- How did we do?

The Summary is close to what happened in 2023-- We had wildfires throughout British Columbia and some of them in the Central and Eastern parts of the country, "year of good crops" is not accurate, but the Black Swan Event of the wildfires seems right on target.
"Changed relations with a near neighbor" -- There were protests in New York over the Wildfire smoke that crossed the border-- Not that Canada could do anything about the path of the smoke!
The Court Story seems right on target too-- Fortuna Minor - Swift and surprising event of wildfire. Judge is Fortuna Major -- Much rebuilding of burned houses. Witness 2 is Via--The land is changed, likely for a long time.

Mysteries -- I II Caput Draconis seems to indicate a happy economy, but the Canadian Economy was worse with noticeable rising prices and rolling shortages in many products.

IV V Albus -- seemed to indicate good crops and/or rain on placid/well-managed land. What we really had was extreme drought in most areas, bad crops and widespread wildfires.

VIII X XI WI Fortuna Minor-- Spiritual influences, Politics, Hopes and dreams. Seems to indicate a spiritual element linked to the wildfires.
