Question: Are Donald Trump’s actions being determined by someone else?

It's a reasonable question--If Donald is the Czar of Russia, is there a Rasputin behind the throne pulling the strings?

Summary;

The Donald is in the driver’s seat, and not being controlled by a shadowy cabal. He has made careful plans with his organization, and the working out of these plans will cause a long road (IX) of chaos, drama and disruption.
