The Cat in the Hat (R) is a trademarked image of Theodore Seuss Geisel who worked under the pseudonym 'Dr. Seuss.' These experimental images are probably automatically the property of whoever now owns the images of Dr. Seuss. As such, any profits from the use of these images must be turned over to the owners of the images of the 'Cat in the Hat(R).'

You get a different image each time, even if the instructions and settings are the same;
I think AI did pretty well with the images, considering it's a language model that (probably) doesn't understand what it is doing.
Once again, 'Cat-in-the-Hat (R)' belongs to someone else. If you want to use Dr. Seuss images to make a Tarot deck, you'd probably have to license the images from whoever owns them now.
