This was created, I believe, by Digital Ambler and has an amazingly useful set of features for analysis of Geomantic readings.  You can check out his amazing library of postings on Geomancy and Hermetic topics at https://digitalambler.com/ 

Clicking on each line of the 4 Mother figures allows toggling between 1 and 2 dots.  When you have the Mothers selected, the shield and house charts display.  If you need to rotate the chart, it is possible to select different houses for the Querent, as well as the Quesited.
